Leather Industry — requirement
Epoxy Screed
Heavy-duty trowel-applied screed built for forklift traffic, point loads and continuous mechanical stress.
Overview
Epoxy Screed is a strong flooring system composed of epoxy resin and selected aggregates for the creation of a thick, durable, and highly abrasion-resistant floor. It is meant for places with intensive mechanical traffic, impact, and chemical exposure.
The thick characteristic of epoxy screed makes this flooring material applicable for usage in difficult industrial conditions where thin traditional coatings may not be able to offer enough protection.
Why this suits Leather Industry: Tanneries expose floors to standing water, tanning liquors, acids and constant wet traffic. Our screeded resin and polyurethane systems are laid to falls with sealed drainage detailing, giving a slip-resistant, impervious surface that resists chemical attack and repeated wash-down.
